About this position
As the first point of contact for clients, the Web Support Coordinator manages incoming requests, coordinates web projects, and keeps communication clear and organized. You'll also handle day-to-day website updates and support our busy design and development team to keep work moving smoothly.

- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organization and time management; able to juggle multiple requests
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-first mindset
- Proactive and resourceful—able to spot issues and take initiative
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
- 2+ years coordinating or supporting web projects
- 2+ years in a client support / client services role
- 2+ years working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress)
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience using AI tools to support research, writing, or troubleshooting
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
- Google Analytics experience
Additional details
- Hours of work: 8:30am – 4:30pm
- Hybrid in-office and work-from-home scheduling
