RKD attends leading search conference

I recently had the opportunity to attend the Search Marketing Expo East 2008 conference in New York City. What an amazing experience it was for me! Not only was it my first time in New York City, but it was also my first time attending a search industry conference.
Attending a conference is a great way to meet other people, while learning about new techniques, tools and opportunities from some of the greatest minds in the industry. Sessions I attended included topics on keyword research and competitive analysis, promoting websites though building trusted links, as well as dealing with some of the more technical issues related to search marketing. I also had the opportunity to network with other search engine marketers from around the world, many software vendors, and representatives from Google, Yahoo! Microsoft.
